December 17 was the last deadline in 2014 to present proposals for the SME Instrument. 2992 new proposals were received from 35 countries, 2363 in phase 1 and 629 in phase 2.
In comparison with the previous call (you can see the data here) the number of calls in phase 1 has increased by 17.7% and 8.4% in the second phase.
For phase 1 and 2, these are the number of proposals submitted by countries. Italy, Spain and the United Kingdom once again lead the top positions in the number of proposals submitted.
The topic that has generated the most interest among the submitted proposals is once again ICT / Open Disruptive Innovation (30% in phase 1 and 28% in phase 2)

It is estimated that the results of the proposals will be available in February for phase 1, and April for proposals in phase 2.
